Nice post. If I read this right then this sorta knocks the PSP program.

This legislation was ran through last year & vetoed if I remember right. I think that Joe Arrigo was a key player in getting it introduced. I'm not sure if that's right or not. I read that ASCR (now RIA) is going to try to get it passed in other states as well.
