I am the Director of Business Development at a Restoration Contractor. I am looking for other Marketing Director's opinions or Restoration owner's opinions. Do you hold your marketing reps responsible for sales on leads that are coming in? OR do you hold them responsible for generating new leads. Further explanation - We have sales estimators who go out on insurance claims after the insured has been recommended by their agent, adjuster, property manager etc... to call our company. Do you hold your Marketing representatives responsible for the sale of that lead? OR did they do their job for the generation of that lead? AND it is the sales estimator reponsibility for the sale of that lead (whether it be from a news or existing client)?
