Hello to everyone,
I thought that I might get some help from this forum with finding an estimator for our growing restoration company.
Our concentrated efforts seem to be paying off and we are trying to expand our estimating department to meet the volume of work that is coming in.
If anyone knows of an individual with Xactimate experience, strong selling and computer skills, and a motivating personality please let me know.
I understand that the members of this forum and the NIR are stretched out from coast to coast but we are not in an extremely large market area so to find someone local with experience is going to be difficult. Please feel free to p.m. me, respond to this thread, or send me an e-mail with any leads.
